Before you save your seat
What's included?
Three nights of lodging, all your meals and drinks, a full Vision Day, your AI team build, a morning in the desert, and a mini facial. You just cover the ticket to the event and your flight.
Will I have my own room?
We'll do our best to give everyone their own room. Depending on turnout, there may be a little room sharing.
Where is it?
An intimate venue in Scottsdale. Registered guests get the address by December 1st.
Which airport should I fly into?
Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) will give you the most options and should be ~22 minutes to the venue.
Do I need to know AI already?
Just the basics of Claude. If you haven't mastered Claude yet, no worries, we can send you supplemental video training so you can get up to speed.
How does pricing work?
Purchase in October for $1,200 up front or 3 payments of $425. Purchase in November for $1,500 up front or 2 payments of $775. From December 1, the price is $2,000, paid in full.
What if I can't make it?
Your seat is non-refundable. If something comes up and you can't attend, Kalyca will work with you, offering a virtual version of the workshop via Zoom if there is an unforeseen emergency or something.

Both. One focused Vision Day, then a day to rest and be pampered.
