Kalyca Zarich is an Operational Efficiency Consultant, Software Founder, and AI Educator who helps visionary leaders replace grinding with aligned systems. As founder of Kalyca Zarich Consulting and highMpact, she teaches her signature framework, The Expansion Shift, helping leaders move from a linear trajectory to an exponential one. Her insight comes from an unlikely place: the year she ran 4,224 miles, which proved that the 1:1 relationship between effort and results most of us were taught is actually a ceiling in disguise.
Kalyca holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership with a Specialization in Strategic Change Management, and speaks to entrepreneurs and leaders ready to build systems that scale, so they can focus on impact.
